We are currently full in our Front of house and are only looking for experienced chefs in the kitchen at the Cave
Tanuki’s Cave (the Cave) is below Tanuki sushi and sake bar and is a yakitori bar. We don’t take reservations and operate on a “first in, first served” basis. It is buzzy, a bit hectic and does slightly later hours than Tanuki.
We’d love to re-open our third Japanese restaurant Kura in the near future and are looking for staff for a modern take on Japanese.
